Roi Fernandez (A Coruna, Spain) is a filmmaker, freelance illustrator and multimedia artist. He has developed an intense career in animation (with award-winning music videos), motion graphics (Spanish tv channels), commercials and set design for theatre. In order to reach the widest spectrum of knowledge, he has studies in Fine Arts, Performing arts, interactive systems and media arts. As a filmmaker he tries to embed a poetic vision in his films, acording with his philosophical point of view. He has directed several short films, which have played in festival around the world (Spain, US, Italy, Argentina, Czech Republic, UK etc...). Roi currently lives and works in New York.
