David Beddoe Blaikie was a Release Engineer at Google in New York when he decided to end a 12-year career to pursue film writing, directing and editing full-time (he still teaches technology at NYU). On the day he left, one of his colleagues at Google asked him if he thought he might one day regret his decision. 21 months later, he still believes he would have regretted not following his dreams, which are closer to coming true with the production of his thesis film. David urges you to be doing what you care most about, and to drop all that other stuff you sort of hate, but think you have to do anyway.
